11 May Candid wedding photography at Laura and Nicholas’ golf club wedding
This sweet golf club wedding in Montreal, Quebec was all about family. In the traditional Italian and Greek fashion, everyone from grandparents to kids gathered with Laura and Nicholas to celebrate their loving union! When we first met together to talk about their wedding, they told me they were looking for candid wedding photography to capture natural moments with their family and friends.
Wedding venue
Laura and Nicholas kept things simple by having the wedding ceremony, portraits and reception all in one location: the beautiful Club de Golf Metropolitain d’Anjou.
A touching ceremony
The wedding ceremony was so moving! Laura and Nicholas had met beforehand with their wedding officiant Katherine Barr to plan their ceremony. Laura and Nicholas included a Greek wedding tradition in their ceremony. These wedding crowns called stefana linked together the bride and groom with a ribbon to symbolize their unity.
Katherine was able to weave their love story and cute anecdotes into the ceremony to make it unique to them. The looks of love on their faces were the sweetest!
Hope you enjoy these candid moments from their wedding! Big thanks to John Koo for second shooting with me for this fun wedding.
